Yolanda Ngubo, founding member of the Close Corporation has a strong background in the Education and Training Field. After identifying self passion, she approached her former employer and introduced a workplace HIV/AIDS Programme. She then wanted to expand the programme and started to develop training manual, facilitated the training. and conducted the assessments Based on working with different participants from various backgrounds, she then identified a need for other supporting systems for the training. and started to develop training manual on counselling and Home Based Care Training.
As a community orientated person, she then decided to diversify activities by informally assisting family and friends with household cleaning and catering. This was later converted to a business idea that could also create jobs and benefit and leverage unemployed women and youth.
She possesses strong supervisory, management, leadership, client care and communication skills at all levels.
